How to Make an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:


Patients can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance using Systm Online.

By Phone

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 0208 799 2525.

In Person

Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.

Appointment Types

We offer a range of different appointments at the surgery: GP, Nurse, Health Care Assistant

The practice now has a Clinical Pharmacist as part of the general practice team to resolve day-to-day medicine issues and consult with and treat patients directly. This includes providing extra help to manage long-term conditions, advice for those on multiple medications and better access to health checks. Please ask at reception for more information.

Routine appointments and Clinics

Pre-bookable for up to 4 weeks ahead. Please review our Surgery Clinics to see if the practice offers your appointment type, and duration of appointment needed.

The practice offers extended hours on Tuesdays 6.30-8.00pm and Thursdays from 6:30pm – 7.00pm [Pre-booked appointments only]. During the winter months, in addition to our usual surgeries, there will be an extended surgery on Friday evenings 6.30 – 7.00pm for booked on the day emergency appointments. For more information call the practice any time between 8:00am – 6.30pm.

Surgery is open till 6.30pm every day but on 2 days we have  extended clinics. These are for booked appointments only and staff cannot deal with any other issues ie results, prescriptions and general queries.

Saturday morning/Commuter appointments

Please contact reception to book one of these appointments if available. These appointments take place at other surgeries in the Ealing borough. Alternately call 111 who will be able to direct you to the appropriate GP surgery avaialbe.

Same day emergency appointments

This practice offers a Walk-In service DAILY from 08.00am – 10.00am. – no appointment necessary. This is a 10 mins slot for Urgent appointments and only one issue can be discussed. If your issue is non-urgent please book a routine appointment.
For urgent matters only (please note: there may be up to 2 hours waiting time for emergency appointments).
